AFRIPOL, in collaboration with the German Federal Police, organized a training of trainers on document fraud in Accra, Ghana. The training brought together experts and trainers from the police and immigration services of thirteen (13) member states of the AU.
The main objective of this initiative is to strengthen AFRIPOL’s pool of trainers in document verification and to enable wider dissemination of knowledge acquired in this field, in order to enhance the capacity of law enforcement agencies in member states in the prevention and fight against organized transnational crime and terrorism.
