At the margin of the 5th Steering Committee meeting of ISPA held in Lyon on 28th February 2024, the AFRIPOL Ag Executive Director had bilateral meeting with Mr. Jürgen Stock, Secretary General of INTERPOL as well as with Mr. Stephen Kavanagh, the INTERPOL Executive Director for Police Services. Both meetings were an opportunity to discuss ways and means to strengthen cooperation between the two organizations and to reaffirm the ongoing commitment of AFRIPOL and INTERPOL to work together for global security and stability, marking a significant step in the collaboration between the two entities to effectively face contemporary security challenges.
